Meghaen Dell’Artino

Owner

Meghaen Dell’Artino is the owner of Public Policy Partners, LLC which is recognized as one of the top lobbying firms in Arizona. She has over 20 years of experience in the political process, as well as grassroots coordination, crisis management and campaign consulting. She was most recently recognized in the inaugural class of “Women Achievers” of Arizona. Prior to her opening her own consulting firm, which she merged with Public Policy Partners, LLC in 2015, she was the Vice President of Government Affairs for the Arizona Association of Realtors®, where she managed the Government Affairs department, their state legislative efforts, and independent expenditure campaigns. Previously, she was Arizona Corporation Commissioner Bob Stump’s Policy Advisor. While serving as his Policy Advisor, she gained a vast amount of knowledge in regulatory issues affecting energy, water and telecommunication. She is equipped with diverse expertise including, but not limited to; regulatory policy, tax policy, health care, energy policy, education, technology, pharmaceuticals, telecommunication, homebuilding industry, real estate industry, and economic development. She has worked on national, state, county and local candidate campaigns as well as statewide initiatives providing political and media support.

Rob Dalager

Government Relations Specialist

Rob Dalager joined Public Policy Partners in August of 2015. He brings with him a wealth of experience dealing with government from the inside and the outside. Spending the last 23 years working with and for government, Mr. Dalager has acquired a long list of connections that easily allow him to serve client needs in almost any area of state and local government. Mr. Dalager was a shareholder with the law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A. from 2007 to 2015. There, he practiced in the area of government relations and represented a variety of corporate and governmental entities before the Arizona State Legislature, the executive branch and agencies, various cities and counties. In addition, Mr. Dalager advised clients in the area of campaign finance and election law, including advice and oversight of various candidate, issue and political action committees. Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., Mr. Dalager worked as the Director of Operations for the Arizona State Senate for approximately ten years. While at the Senate, he supervised all staff, advised the Senate on policy issues, and provided the Senate majority with legal advice. For three years before that, he worked for Governor Symington as the Director of the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council. Mr. Dalager holds a juris doctor from Creighton University and a B.S. in Business from Arizona State University. He has served on numerous charitable, civic and other boards and commissions.

Dianne McCallister

Government Relations Specialist

Dianne McCallister is a Government Relations Specialist at Public Policy Partners, LLC. She joined the Public Policy Partners, LLC team in 2008. During her tenure, she has successfully lobbied on behalf of a number of Fortune 500 companies and government entities. She offers a vast array of policy expertise in areas including health care, energy, technology, pharmaceuticals, retirement, economic development and municipal issues. She works closely with our clients to develop legislative strategies, build grassroot efforts and lobby the efforts at the Arizona Legislature and with the Executive Branch. Additionally, she has helped clients maneuver through the local government process. Ms. McCallister received her Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a supplemental major in Law and Society from New Mexico State University. She is currently on the board of Resilient Health, formerly known as PSA Behavioral Health, and is the former Board President for Downtown Urban Community Kids, a Christian non-profit organization. In 2015 she was awarded the “Best Female Lobbyist Under 40” and in 2019 she was recognized as an Arizona Capitol Times “Breakout.”

Alexandria Dionne

Government Relations Specialist

Alexandria Dionne began her career in politics as an intern with Governor Ducey after which she quickly moved into the world of public affairs consulting. She has worked on a variety of issues such regulation reduction, public safety, litigation and pensions. Ali works with clients, legislators, public officials and staff at all levels to develop strategic relationships that ensure success in the political process. Ms. Dionne has a degree in Political Science and another in Justice Studies, both from Arizona State University. She serves on the American Cancer Society Gala Planning Committee and is always looking for more ways to give back to her community.

Lisa West

Director, Operations & Administration

Lisa West is the Director of Operations and Administration at Public Policy Partners and assist in the development of the Procurement divisions of Public Policy Partners. Ms. West joined the P3 family in 2010 with a diverse background in business. She oversees the business operations, human resources and accounting for all of the P3 family of companies. Prior to joining P3, she was the Director of Operations and Financial Services for Apex Media. During her tenure with Apex Media, she was instrumental in the Acquisitions and Integrations of several companies under Cross MediaWorks, one of the largest independent media service firms in the United States. Her background also includes property management and hospitality. She brings 30 plus years of business and employee management to the P3 team. Ms. West currently owns her own Wedding and Event Planning company. She has previously owned two successful companies as well as served on boards and fundraising campaigns.

Caitlin Rowell

Executive Assistant

Caitlin Rowell is the Executive Assistant to Meghaen Dell’Artino at Public Policy Partners, LLC. She also assists in the association management side of P3. Caitlin joined P3 in 2017. Prior to joining P3 she worked for Swift Transportation as an account manager for the logistics department. Caitlin also has a background in insurance sales. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Applied Management.

Wesley Baysinger

Procurement Specialist

Wesley Baysinger is Public Policy Partners Procurement Specialist. Prior to joining the P3 team in 2016 he served for twenty-nine years in the Maricopa County Office of Procurement Services, twenty-six of those years as the Chief Procurement Officer. Prior to relocating to Arizona, he served for over six years in the State of South Dakota central purchasing office leaving as the Assistant Director of Purchasing. In his capacity as Chief Procurement Officer for Maricopa County, Wesley was responsible for the expenditure of hundreds of millions of dollars in annual procurement activity and has negotiated large complex agreements in areas such as technology, communications, medical benefits and construction. Wesley has extensive knowledge and experience in Arizona procurement law and governmental procurement practices. In addition to earning Bachelor of Science degrees in political science and commercial economics, Wesley has also earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
