• Short and long-term strategic planning.
  • Assist in the development of relationships between key elected and regulatory officials and personnel.
  • Create win-win solutions for the client and their government partners.
  • Partner with executive agencies, boards and commission to evaluate effective cost saving and efficiency measures for the state.
  • Draft legislation on behalf of client.
  • Secure sponsors for all legislation being proposed by our clients.
  • Promote legislative bills on behalf of our clients that includes: writing fact sheets, testifying in committee hearings, developing relationships with stakeholders, etc.
  • Bill summaries are sent to client’s daily or weekly as session progresses.
  • Report pertinent “insider” information weekly to clients.
  • Representation in stakeholder meetings and before governmental entities on behalf of our clients.
  • All pertinent local, state, and federal reports will be filed by P3 if requested by the client. This includes lobbying reports.
  • Email strategy to communicate with the legislature on measures moving through the process.
  • End of session wrap-up report including issues important to the client, and other pertinent directional policy changes that affect Arizona as a whole.
  • Continue to keep client informed on any activities affecting the client after adjournment of session. This includes participating in ongoing stakeholders meeting.
  • Track, monitor and intervene in rate cases filed with Arizona Corporation Commission. Including involvement in workshops.
  • Representation before local and county governments.
  • Coordination of election strategy.
  • Assistance in setting up candidate interviews, candidate survey’s etc.
  • Representation at candidate fundraisers and events.
  • Assist clients with governmental business development opportunities.
  • Draft, review and track request for proposal opportunities.
